i dont know the ?s so ill just talk about salt. we use salt on the roads because it lowers the freezing point of liquids. we do not use table salt on the roads(alyssia thought that) well, thats all me and peyton have.

Im am not sure how salt lowers the freezing temperatre. Like for roads, wouldnt lowering the freezing temperature make it icier?
I did contract 25 and i made ice cream i got how it made the ice colder and froze the ice cream but not the whole road thing

The properties fo the solution differ from those of the solvent and solute because you are taking the properties, both good and bad, of two or more things, and putting them together into one thing.
You can change the solubility by changing the temperature.
